The Mathematical Association is an Educational body and membership organisation with a range of special interest journals and member magazines. 

We introduced a process to serve the multiple Editors and contributors across the globe, and consolidated and themed each title to develop a suite of professional titles, complemented by a dynamic membership magazine. 

We have achieved significant gains in terms of presentation, process, cost, and commercial achievement across the full range of titles.

Registered Gas Engineer

Registered Gas Engineer (Gas Safe) joined Media Shed from a larger agency. It was suffering from service disruption, lack of targeted sales plan, introvert sales approach, erratic credits and low yields. Media Shed turned this performance around inside 6 months by implementing a key account strategy.

They introduced the first vehicle advertiser (Ford) and recovered stakeholder relations that had broken down for a number of reasons under the previous incumbent.
